About Geomembrane Sheet Liner
We supply and install impermeable lining systems in the United Arab Emirates. That is the whole business: sheet, seams, and a record proving both are sound.
What we do
We hold HDPE and LLDPE geomembrane in the gauges UAE projects actually call for, and we weld it. Work splits fairly evenly between contractors buying HDPE geomembrane sheet to install themselves and clients handing over a whole basin for installation and welding. Alongside the membrane we supply the materials that go with it — nonwoven geotextile, drainage composite, geocell and extrudate rod — so that a site is not waiting on three different deliveries.
How we work
Specify honestly. If a 1.0 mm liner will do the job, we will say so rather than sell you 1.5 mm. Equally, if the subgrade is sharp gatch and the specification says 1.0 mm with no cushion layer, we will tell you that too.
Weld to procedure. Trial welds at the start of each shift and after every machine change, peel and shear checked on the trial coupon before the crew touches a production seam, and every seam logged. Welding in Gulf summer conditions needs the settings adjusted through the day; a crew running morning settings at two in the afternoon is a crew making bad seams.
Hand over records. An as-built panel layout, seam numbers keyed to it, test results, operator and machine against each seam, and the material certificates for the sheet that went in.
