Supply only. You take delivery of the rolls at site or at your yard. We can cut sheet to a panel schedule, mark roll numbers against the layout and supply matched extrudate rod so that your welders are not hunting for consumables mid-job. Mill test certificates come with every batch.
Supply and install. We handle the whole containment layer: take-off from your drawings, subgrade sign-off, geotextile where it is needed, panel deployment, hot-wedge and extrusion welding, destructive and non-destructive testing, penetrations and boots, anchor trench backfill, and a handover file with the as-built panel layout and every seam test logged against it.
A geomembrane rarely works alone. Nonwoven cushion geotextile protects the sheet from angular subgrade and is standard practice on rocky ground or wherever the head of water is significant. Drainage geocomposite handles gas and leachate collection in landfill build-ups. Geocell and concrete mattress protect exposed slopes where there is wave action or traffic. We supply all of it from the same order.
Wedge welds are tested by air pressure through the central channel; extrusion welds and detail work are tested by vacuum box or spark test. On specified projects we also take destructive coupons for peel and shear at the required frequency. The record you receive lists every panel, every seam, the operator, the machine settings, ambient conditions and the test result — which is what a consultant will ask for at handover and what you will want if a leak is ever disputed.
Yes. Roughly half of what leaves the yard is supply-only, going to contractors who have their own welding plant. You get the rolls, the mill certificates and a panel layout if you want one.
Yes. Send the specification and drawings with your enquiry. If the spec calls for a gauge, texture or test frequency we cannot meet, we will say so before you order rather than after.
Supply orders start at a single roll. For installation, small jobs are usually priced with a mobilisation charge, so it is worth combining several basins on one site into one visit.

Supply, install, or both. Drawings help but are not essential — dimensions and a photo of the site will do.
